The Summer IAL (Indoor Airsoft League) needs a fancy new logo and who better to make it than you, the airsofters!

The artist behind the chosen logo will be rewarded with free stat tracking and personal registration free for the Summer 2010 season.

Please send all submissions to info@modestocqb.com and keep the image size at 1000x1000 or less. Good luck!

Would you prefer it more as a portrait (longer than wide) or landscape (wider than long)?

Foos: I believe that it really would not matter whether it is wide or tall, just that it meets the requirements and it looks good :)

Allow me to clarify. We are not looking for a banner. We are looking for a logo. Think about the logos for the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL for the general idea, then put the airsoft flavor to it.

Suggestion

Make sure you make the lines dark, and don't make marks on any white parts that aren't supposed to be white. It becomes much easier to digitally color it if you draw with that in mind.

Has anyone seen the pic that Ares uses on his profile occasionally? It's a sillouhette of an airsofter... red, white and blue, just like the NFL, NBA, or MLB logo... I like something like that. Rather than make it season specific, make it league specific.

We should have the NIAF (National Indoor Airsoft Federation) logo, then just add patches for seasons.

My brother aka GEARBOX has already sent the idea you were talking about to Muncy.

My brother created it using the red, white, and blue but the picture instead of having a airsoft player with a rifle (like pictured) above...he has three solders standing in a line...

Its pretty cool and we havent heard anything back from Muncy so we arent sure if he got it or not..

Sorry guys, but in my opinion Foos' winning logo blows. If I join the summer league and have to pay extra just for the patch then you guys can forget about it. I'm pretty sure that I am not the only one who thinks that this patch sucks.

I love it, the ones who always complain are the ones who never enter and show what THEY can do.

Sure some may call it rudimentary, but I will still thank Foos for entering and keeping his enthusiasm high. Simple and sweet gets the job done. Plus, making a patch too complex isn't always the good thing to do.

I always thought that the Major league airsofter patch thats red, white, and blue would be the best pick I know someone must had made one like that. I think we should have had a vote by everyone as the ones who will be wearing them. Maybe next time think about it Muncy.
