Valkyrie Training Session

If you are interested in becoming a valkyrie (referee) for the Spring 2010 league season and are 17 or older the first Valkyrie Training Session will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, February 27th at Modesto CQB. The 27th is a public game day that will likely host matches until around 4:00pm. This time will allow everyone a chance to take a break from the games, eat, and prepare for the training session at 5:00pm.

Could Modesto CQB start hosting games EVERY WEEKEND?! Let's hope so! Show up at 233 Tully Rd. on Saturday if you want to see it happen. Admission is $15, rentals are $15, and ammo is $19 per bag. Games start at regular time (10:00am). Hope to see you there!

Operation: First Strike (1/23)

Modesto CQB is proud to announce the first game of the new decade - Operation: First Strike! This event will be starting on January 23rd at 10:00am. Bring the sweet new gear you got from Christmas and tell your friends.

Admission for this game will be $15. Ammo will be sold for $19 per bag.

Good News/Bad News

I've got some sad news and some good news. If you're the kind of person that like good news first, scroll down.

The sad news -
This Saturday's game has been canceled. We were all looking forward to a great turnout and some fantastic matches. I am as disappointed as you are, believe me. I hope to see you all shortly after Christmas and New Years so that you can take shots at me with your Christmas present AEGs. That's all the information I have on the subject of exhibitions at this time. Please don't ask for more. You'll know when I know.
